The theme tester uses for refresh with the new theme $PHP_SELF.
This is not oke when the block shows up within an application; forum, contacts, etc.
Change in lib_custom everywhere PHP_SELF is mentioned to the following:
$PHP_SELF ."?".$_SERVER['QUERY_STRING']
Add the global $_SERVER to the global list of the block.
Now, the form variables are taken into account as well.
