I'd love the ability to have a "right" for groups which allows everyone in the group to see and participate in comments. The idea here is that I may not want certain people seeing comments on a particular story but I'd want to encourage some to talk about it. This also would take care of the folks asking for a global comments control - just no one would be apart of the group.
