Everytime reflesh geeklog website, the website connect to 65.206.229.18

Hello,

Everytime I reflesh my geeklog website, the website connect to 65.206.229.18(not my ip, someone else\'s). Could anyone explain to me why. I am concerning about the security here.

Do you have a paypal block on your site? Whois says that the IP belongs to paypal.com and google came up with images.paypal.com.
