Theme layout changes in 1.3.8

o.k., I've looked everywhere. I am trying to get rid of the borders around the blocks on the left and right.
The blockheader defines borders=0..
I see border=0 in every template I've looked at that could effect the block. So, what template did I miss in the layout file.
Trying to modify the yahoo layout to remove the borders on the blocks.
