Evil Geeklog won\'t work because for somereason my tar.gz files won\'t open is their ANY PROGRAM ANYWHERE that can help?

What did you try? What operating system are you on? WinRar on Windows should do it.

The downloaded filename is geeklog-1.3.8.tar.gz.tar. I removed the ending .tar from the filename and was able to successfully extract all of the files.

Probably on windows using Moz. Happens to me all the time. There is probably a setting, just haven\'t looked.
