4images not taking new users

Hello,
I forget where I got it, but I followed all the steps from a site to integrate 4images with Geeklog. It was working great, however I just noticed yesterday that 4images is not getting all the new users that sign up for my site. ie: my site has 1200 users, but 4images only has 700. I\'m not suer when it stopped recording that information. Any way to update it or why this is happenig?
