I have followed the Perl Manta 'TIMTOWDI' (for the uninitiated: 'There is more than one way to do it') and am running the Perl CGI site (Perl, PHP, embperl ,modperl, etc) with Geeklog!

Geeklog made it easier to build a community website than any Perl tool out there (that I could find!)
