Read more from a block?

Is it possible to have a "read more" link in a block to a more complete article/story? For example, two built-in blocks (Are you secure? and About Geeklog) could use this feature to give more information. Of course I don't want to add more information to those blocks but just using them as an example. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you want to accomplish ... You can always put links in "normal" blocks since they hold plain HTML. There's no automatic way to do this since there's no relation between stories and blocks. bye, Dirk
