How to overwrite another style?

For most of the links, I want to apply this style: a:link{color: #354B76;} and I want to apply another color to another minority group of links that have another different color.
How do I write the style so that the minority group of links do not get applied by the first a:link?

Well, this doesn't really have anything to do with Geeklog. I'd suggest using a good book or tutorial on CSS ...
How can I have two sets of links with different colors?
