I'd like to be able to approve anyone who signs up as a new user on my site. How do I have an email sent to me so that when someone registers I can approve or disapprove them?

In config.php set $_CONF['usersubmission'] = 1; $_CONF['notification'] = array ('user'); Then, when a new user signs up, just go to the submission page and approve or delete him/her (similar to approving story submissions). bye, Dirk

This is a good feature. Maybe letting potential users include some justification for wanting an account would be a plus? For instance, I run a geeklog site for an academic department, and it would be nice if those who requested accounts could give me a reason why they wanted one.
