Help with stories on the front page

Anonymous
I just finished my install of Geeklog and I have a small config problem. When viewing the front page, the stories (news, geeklog, etc) don't show the full article text, only the intro text. Users have to click the view more link to see the article. I notice that here and most other geeklog sites show at least the first paragraph of the news, etc before showing the "view more" link. Am I missing an obvious config somewhere? TIA

Actually, I think you're missing the point of splitting the story into an intro and a body text. The idea is to post only a "teaser" on the front page. People who are interested in the full story can then click on "read more" and read the entire article. If you don't want that, then simply post the entire story in the intro text and leave the body text empty ... bye, Dirk
