how do i chmod my layout directory.. cause any user can come and view my html files and other dir like nothing.. anyways.. i tried chmod 666 and 777 but that didnt work..

So what's the problem? There's nothing secret in those files ... You could switch off the directory listing in your webservers httpd.conf or .htaccess (if you're using Apache) or you could simple put an empty index.html file in each directory. bye, Dirk
