I can enter Chinese in the story body but not in the title. It appears as &#4325... type of chars. How can I show Chinese in the story title? Thanks!

You need to ensure that the encoding of the page is correct. In the language directory you will find the relevant language file (english.php for example). You need to change the line that says : $LANG_CHARSET = "iso-8859-1"; to $LANG_CHARSET = "big5"; Chinese should then appear in the title ok.
