Weather block error

ok, I have posted this before and have verified that the block does exist but still need help. http://www.tesn.net it is saying: Error in PHP Block. Function, phpblock_getweather, does not exist. However, in the config file it does exist. Where else should I be looking?? thanks

Sounds like a config issue...the phpblock_getweather should be in lib-custom.php. Refer to the GL docs for setting up phpblocks for more info.---Danny @ squatty.com

the phpblock_getweather is in lib-custom.php. Could this be a web host issue?? My site is hosted by Host Rocket. Could this be an Error somewhere else in another config. file? ---John
