My error log keeps saying it cannot open this file...this is a fresh install of 1.3.6 any ideas..thanks..t

Make sure you set the permissions properly (as outlined in the installation instructions). If 775 permissions on the file don't help, try 777. But that shouldn't be necessary ... bye, Dirk
