I would like to have the fullname of the user instead of the username shown in the Who's online box. I tried to mody some code in lib-common but couldn't make it work. What would be the best way to do it ? Thanks

Well, what did you try? The block is handled by function phpblock_whosonline() in lib-common.php. All you would need to do is add the "fullname" field to the SQL query and display that instead of the username. Just remember that the full name is an optional field, so it might be empty for users which haven't entered their full name. You should add a test if the full name is empty and if it is, display the username instead. bye, Dirk

There is no problem with an empty full name fiels as this is a private site as I enter the members name myself. I tried this mornig what you told me but I got an error message every time (Parse error) but I'll try it again. Thanks,
