Remove Word Count?

Can someone please help me. I need to remove the word count from the Read more link. Currently, the link looks like this: [Read More] (628 words). I want to remove the "(628 words)" part. Can someone please help me, and tell me where I can remove this. Thank you. With your help, I will soon be able to release my website in the Got Geeked section... including an entirely new and original template!
