I can't add or edit stories. As a guest I can submit, then as a user I can approve it and it works but I would hate to have to keep doing that. I just installed the script and I'm new to this script but learning it. Any suggestions are appreciated. Site is at http://www.fragtag.com

Ok, I checked, my file_uploads is set to 1? in my phpinfo.php. I don't have direct access to the php.ini so does 1=on or 1=off?

'1' means "on", so it's not that. As others have pointed out in the previous discussions, the file_uplaod setting was not always the cause of problem, though I'm unsure what else it can be. If all else fails, you can take out the enctype="multipart/form-data" from layout/YourTheme/admin/story/storeditor.thtml. This, however, will also disable the ability to upload images ... bye, Dirk

Well hey, that worked. Thanks. I guess if I want an image there that bad i'll just put it directly in MySQL
