Backslashes

I seem to recall this being a bug with pervious releases? GL is substituting backslashes in place of apostrophes. Specifically, I'm seeing this behavior with portal blocks in GL 1.3.5. It does not appear to happen with stories or comments. I assume this has something to do with how the code in the COM_rdfImport function is "parsing" the feeds? Any ideas on how to fix this?
In a world without walls and fences, who needs Windows and Gates?
