Can't create users , can't login

Hi, I have just installed Geeklog 1.3.6 but when I try and login it asks me to try and login again. If I try and create a new user it also asks me to try and login again. No new users appear in the database. I am running on Windows XP Pro with IIS 5.1. PHP 4.2.3 I have read through some similar problems here but have not been able to find a solution yet!

What did you try? Are you using the correct URL (with / without www.)? Are cookies enabled in your browser? Do you have register_globals=on in your php.ini? bye, Dirk

i found how to solve it , check ur config.php or the lib-common.php for spaces or anyting after the ?> usually thats the cause
