Has anyone had this error?

I wondered if anyone has had this error: 1: Can't create/write to file 'C;\temp\#sql59c_5bc_1.MYI' (Errcode: 2)
If they have how did they fix it?
I checked with my host and am told server and MySQL are all working fine.
Ant assistance will be greatly appreciated
