That is a custom plugin used on glFusion CMS site. You will have to contact the webmaster of that site.

Ben,
Your correct. At first glance, it appeared to be glFusion, but after looking at the source code more closely, it is Geeklog. What threw me was the usage of htmlheader.thtml and header.thtml files. Not part of Geeklog default theme styles.
