I'm a new admin for our website - New Hampshire Locksmith Association. I don't speak computer-ese, and don't know what the meaning of lots of terms are. I would like to update information on the site, such as new officers, addresses, etc., but can't find a good way to do so.
I am always afraid of hitting the wrong button because I don't know what it is that is being asked of me.
I know there is no "manual" for me to read, and where can I find someone who knows about working the website so I can ask questions and get the job done right without messing up members information?

Take a look at
301 Redirect - Old Support Page
If you have a specific question ask it in the forum and it usually will get answered.
You could also look at the Paid Help option found on the page above.
If you are afraid of making a mistake remember to backup your website before you change anything so you will always have something you can go back to.

May I ask how does one get listed on that Paid Help page? Please don't say e-mail Dirk because he rarely answers e-mail messages.

Please don't say e-mail Dirk because he rarely answers e-mail messages.
