Greetings, First off thank you to the GL team for the glfusion suite. I decided to start from scratch and did a full initial install.
Everything seems to be working smoothly but I do have a challenge with filemgmt not submitting uploaded files to the admin quarantine for approval. Seems they go straight to the My Download directory when uploaded from any account. This did work with GL
Looking at the filemgmt plugin settings, I did restrict uploads only to "logged in" users. I did see the email option as well an it is set to true.
I am working with the stock glfusion 1.0 build. So no tweaks have been done other than common sense security.
So its probably operator error of not seeing the forest because of the tree's. What is the configuration setting to ensure all uploaded files go into an approval quarantine prior to getting posted?
Thank you in advance, JohnF

Reading the upload para. What I am missing is the verification part of the upload. Looks like the plugin is filemgmt-1.61

glFusion is supported at gllabs.org. It was not made by the core GL team but does build on their work in Geeklog 1.5. Posting over there will get Mark's attention faster. (He did the integration of the plugins into glFusion.)

I did go to gl labs site and did see some ongoing fixes to glfusion (none addressed this issue). Did not see an forum area to address the filemgmt 1.6 issue. Hopefully Mark will catch it here. Thank you for your response.

John,
Whatever group you select for Upload Access: will have direct upload / write access to that category, meaning they will not be moderated. So, if you set this to logged-in-users, all member will be able to upload directly to the category without going through the moderation queue.
What I think you want to do is set the Upload Access to Root, then enable Allow Logged-In uploads: in the settings tab. This will allow logged-in-users to upload, but the uploads will go into the moderation queue for approval.
Let me know if this takes care of it.
Thanks!
Mark

That did the trick. It seems that should the the loaded default. In that light, the admin may select a increased level of risk as desired.
Thank you, JohnF
