Do we have a Plugin in geeklog which will list all similar posts on the site at the end of each article?

If you're talking about story content - a rudimentary functionality is already in there. For instance from the headline story:
http://www.geeklog.net/article.php/news-roundup[*1]
Look lower left before 'Trackback', you will see 'Whats Related'. Of course - this is all generated from the story meta and content itself, eg. there is not a search engine analyzing the relative similarities between this story content and others - such a thing would be very difficult to do.

Yes it would be really difficult to do, but doesn't wordpress have it? I have seen it on many sites...

If someone could describe how the Wordpress plugin does this, perhaps we could evaluate how different that might be from how GL does it. Until then, it's impossible to estimate how long it would take to create that sort of thing ...

WordPress Related Posts Plugin will generate a related posts via WordPress tags
So, you might use the tags plugin, or make a hack of the tags plugin to generate the latest x stories with the related tags.
