Heyla - got some bizarre problems with the new Professional theme when using IE7. When a background image is applied to .story-featured, it covers up the text (and much of everything else) in IE7. Looks fine in FireFox.
Observe my testingsite:

Any ideas? Tried mucking about with z-index, but it's not having it. :-/

This is just a testing story. I've taken out the links because I suspect that IE is having kittens over them.
Can't really see anything wrong since you removed the background images...
Thx!

I put them back in again - you can now see the problem in the right blocks and in the featured story.
I've confirmed that this isn't a problem in GL1.4.1 - another site I made used translucent .png's as background images, and IE7 displays them
just fine[*1] .
Interesting observation: when I stretch out the right-hand blocks with a bottom image, the problem goes away.
Compare and contrast:
Faulty version[*2]
Fixed but far too wide version[*3]
Posting this on gllabs too, to see if anyone there has any ideas...
