Basically, my site will have selected users run their own sections where they can post updates and such.
The core of my site will have an "ask" section, where you can ask a specific person about something, and they will answer it, and at their discretion, put it under their section of the site. Each user will have their own section instead of a large section where all the questions are bundled together as each user will run a section about a specific subject.
I was wondering what the best way to go about this would be. I haven't been using Geeklog for too long so I am not sure on all of it's features yet and am still kinda playing with it.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

Read the faq on
Setting up a Story Admin. Give each 'user' his own topic and put him in charge of that topic. Clients who want to ask a question submit a "story" to the appropriate topic. Your editors can then approve or deny the questions as needed. If you do it all correctly, each answer guy will only see questions sent to him.
You will probably need to go through the language files to change "story" to "question/answer" as needed.
Finally, do this on you local box with just you having 3-4 accounts so you master the mechanics of setting up story admins before you go live.
