We have been using Chameleon now for a month. One of our Admins went into the Plugins section and unchecked the "enable" from Chameleon, and now the whole website is down and every page is a error warrning "An SQL error has occurred. Please see error.log for details". I can't get into any part of the Geeklog website.
The error log says:

Try re-enabling it via the database, as described
here[*1] , but using pi_enabled = 1 (instead of = 0)

Dirk gives sound advise, and just to follow up, see
this thread [*2] as well.
Thx!
