I have several sites running off one Geeklog code. One of these uses the filemgmt plugin. Recently I added another site and installed the filemgmt plugin on it. The problem is when I upload a file the new site the files go into the same place as the files for the other site's filemgmt directory. This is not really a problem except that if there is a file I want to upload to both sites. As I explain it I realise it isn't really a problem but does anyone know how to make the file upload to the correct directory?
Thanks,
Shane

You likely have not updated the plugin settings via admin->filemgmt

Blaine,
You are absolutely correct. The paths in the admin settings were pointing to the wrong site.
Thanks for your help.

I thought this problem was fixed by unfortunately it isn't. When I change the paths on one site it also changes them on the other site. So the paths on both sites are always the same as each other.
I hope that makes sense.
Anyone have any ideas?

Using GL 1.4.1 and filemgmt 1.5

IIRC, the File Management plugin keeps its path settings in a config file. And since that file exists only once, you'll always override it with the settings for the other site ...

If there were two config files in
/geeklog/plugins/filemgmt
and certain changes (I am not exactly sure what changes) were made, would it be possible to get it to work that way?
Thanks,
Shane
