I have been looking and looking and looking in the style.css file to change the following colors:
1. Search button text
2. Search box text
3. The text in Title textbox in Story Editor
I'm thinking the search box text is the same tag as the text in the Title textbox for the Story Editor, but I'm not 100% sure. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated... I've tried going one by one and changing, but this is taking forever.
Thanks

I guess the text that's in the Title textbox in story editor is probably the same tag that covers most every other text box the more I get looking around. The problem is I made a black template with white text, but it seems that I whited out the text in the textboxes too and I don't exactly know which one it was. I could continue going back and changing one by one, but that would really be a pain.
I checked the thtml file and it said td class="header-navigation-container" but I double checked that section and in the styles.css and it doesn't have white as the text for any part of it.
thanks again in advance for any help.

Look in style.css for searchform. That is the id in the default template. It could be different based on your theme.

sorry... I guess it would be helpful to state that I am using the burning_memory theme. I checked the searchform area and there's nothing set to white there. this is starting to really bug me.

I found the property. go figure it runs off of the input at the beginning. thanks for your help though... helped narrow it down some.
