I ran a Mass Delete Trackback Spam in Spam-X and it failed, listing a SQL error. I found the error and another one. I'm not sure if they're related issues. Here's the logs. LMK if you know what's going on.

The SLV error is just what it said - a timeout, i.e. the SLV server took too long to reply. That happens on occasion when their server is swamped. The worst that can happen in that case is that spam posts are let through.
The SQL error is also clear: Geeklog lost the connection to the MySQL error during the query. Which means that the MySQL server crashed or was restarted. If that problem persists, you should contact your hosting service.
