I have been toying around with phplist and geeklog for awhile, it seems to be working OK, but now I am stumped.
The Geeklog site that I am using to retrieve the rssfeed is a site behind a firewall and it is reverse proxied. So, when phplist retrieves contents from the internal site it creates rss urls like http://myinternal.site.lan.
I understand that this is correct, but I desire that the internal Geeklog site set var $sitelink for its rssfeed to be http://reverseproxysite.com.
I am comfortable with and have used Geeklog multi-site configs without any problem. I was wondering if using mutli-configs is the correct approach to take.
Any ideas or comments will greatly be appreciated.

To answer my question. I worked backwards through the system to create a temporary solution by adding a var 'rss_url' in config.php then I substituted the value of 'rss_url' for 'site_url' in lib_syndication.
When I actually learn php and geeklog one day, I will be able perhaps to offer a real solution, like a plugin to integrate phplist.
