Hello everyone!
I've spent over a half an hour searching for the answer to my question, so hopefully I won't be wasting anyone's time.
On my web page (www.discdog.us) I have the usual User Functions block. I'd like to change the name of this block so that when people visit, it reads "Logins Disabled". Changing the name of the block in the admin block editor only affects the title's display -after- I log in. I am the web site's only user and have disabled new user registration.
One thought I had was to disable the user functions block entirely, but that makes it more difficult for me to log in and out. Any suggestions?

The block title that anonymous users see is taken from the language file.
Disabling the block would also disable the user functions block - and make access to your profile and account settings more complicated.
You can make the block invisible for anonymous users by unchecking the "Anonymous R" checkbox. You would have to log in via example.com/users.php then, though.
bye, Dirk
