Just letting you know that Inmemoriam does support watermarking individual images as well as entire albums (available for gallery admins/owners only) and all from the same editor. Even Gallery2 doesn't yet support watermarking entire albums--last time I checked.
The watermarking functions have a long way to go yet, but they are definitely adequate. See the docs/usage_doc.html for more info and "how to's." The only real problem with them is that I'm trying to use the pear class for image manipulation, rather than just writing a ton of procedural functions. If you've had a look at the code, you'll notice I'm not an object oriented kind of guy.

I don't want to offend you, but at least Gallery 1.5x DOES support watermarking of entire albums.

I thought you meant, that watermarking entire albums is unique to inmemoriam

My intent was to "steal" a few potential Gallery 2 users away from Gallery and plug my stuff while there was at least something I did that they haven't finished doing yet..
But now that the whole truth has been told, perhaps I'll have to find a new tactic.
