I think you would need to change storytext.thtml and feauteredstorytext.thtml.
I think also, that google don't want more than three ads per page
I think also, that I doubt that I would like to visit your page

Beware that Adsense only allows you to put 3 Adsense blocks on each page.
And beware that if you put thatmuch bannerson your site nobody will like it.
I advise you to:
*Put the first adsense block 468x60px in the top of the center column, exactly on the place where people look first. Edit header.thtml for that, look for the comment 'Start of content area'. Put the block in a DIV over there.
* Put a second adsense block 120 x 240px in a normal block, put this block on the left, the second from the top (so just below the topics block), just beneath the most important content area..
And if you really like as much Adsense as possible you could change this second block to 120 x 600 or 160 x 600px, or:
* Put a third adsense block 120 x 240px in a block on the right, somewhere below the middle.
Remember that the top listings have the most expensive clicks, so putting more Adsense banners/ads on your site could mean clicking on cheap ads instead of the expensive ones....

i've kinda did something similar to this. i put the adsense code right above the copyright statement so in a sense, it does show up on EVERY SECTON of the site but only one 728x60 banner so it doesn't look so crowded.
