Hi folks,
A user changed the theme in his 'Preferences' to SmoothBlue from Gameserver. But the site isn't set up for any other themes. I should have disabled this preference for users. I made the same change to the preferences for my own non-admin account. Obviously no problems until I log in and then I get the following error,
Template Error: set_root: /hsphere/local/home/fjryanio/trojanswimclub.ie/layout/Smooth_Blue/forum/layout is not a directory.
Halted.
So this now means I can't change the theme back to 'gameserver'.
I think it's strange that '.../forum/...' is in the path name of the error.
Any ideas?
Ofey

Just remove the Smooth_Blue directory altogether. When Geeklog can't find a theme, it will revert to the default theme (the one in config.php).

Just temporarily rename your Smooth_Blue directory to something like Smooth_Blue~ and then GL will default to whatever you have in config.php, in your case gameserver. Then you can add the missing forum files and rename the directory back to Smooth_Blue.

Edit:I type too slow. There weren't any replies when I started.

Just remember, as long as that directory is there, somebody can change it again until you either remove like Dirk suggested, or disable user themes.

Don't remember where it originally came from, but you can get it fullsize by doing a save image at our
library catalog[*1] site. There was no copyright problem, which is why I didn't keep track. Of course there is always
Larry Ewing's[*2] original Tux.
