When want to post a comment system says: An SQL error has occured. Please see error.log for details.
Here is the log sentence: Tue May 3 03:20:14 2005 - 1044: Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' to database 'geeklog'. SQL in question: LOCK TABLES gl_comments WRITE
What's wrong? Please help!

Really
It took you exactly 32 minutes to get the answer.
Pasting the exact string in the search LOCK TABLES gl_comments WRITE would have given this
result[*3] .
So your problem would have been solved in max 2 minutes, instead of 32.

Btw, a nicer way to link to the FAQ is to use the faq autotag:
[faq:51]
This will then be displayed as
comment.php error: can not lock table gl_comments[*1]
So you only have to look up the ID of the FAQ entry and it will pull the question from the FAQ manager and display it as a link. Which also makes it more obvious what you're linking to ...
bye, Dirk

Thanks, Dirk.
I will try again. I tried it once or twice after I read your story about creating additional autotags and you used it for the FAQ.
I always ended up with errors, so I gave up.
Gonna see if I can master the art of autotags
