what could this error be after choosing 1.3.8 on step 2 of upgrading my GL?
Fatal error: Call to undefined method database::setDisplayError() in C
rogram FilesApache GroupApache2htdocsgeeklog1mainadmininstallinstall.php on line 350
and to add, i just can't seem to have my GL display a imported database of updated stories. i really wonder why. It shows an older version of my GL site even though when i click on Stories, i see the 2 new stories in it but when i click on either one of them, i just get directed back to the main page.
Running windows 2003,
apache_2.0.52-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi,
mysql-4.1.9-win32.zip,
php-5.0.3-installer.exe
The orginal site is running on Redhat 9 at www.itcow.com

It seems you haven't updated all the files. You forgot at least system/databases/mysql.class.php. But better double check all the other files as well ...
bye, Dirk

Youre right Dirk. As now it seems it's mysql db having some error?
1064: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '( fid int unsigned NOT NULL auto_increment, type varchar(30) NOT NULL defa' at line 1
