I got the following error in testing the filemgmt plugin.

It appears to be a security issue but I've shared the directory to all with full read/write rights?

Are you able to upload as admin ?
This method does not create it as a temporary file.
What is your $_CONF['path_html'] set to?

You're right, It was the path statement. I guess when you stare at things too long the obvious is less apparant!
