I'm new to Geeklog and am loving it so far. The world of plug-ins is generally new to me. I've searched on several sites for a plug-in which would do this for me, and because the word "support" is in my search, I'm not coming up with anything helpful.
My community has been established for almost two years, and we are moving to Geeklog as our portal. The change-over has generated a lot of support requests, etc., and I'm trying to manage them in my spare time. I would like to see a plug-in which would allow me to collect support requests and allow users to see the status of his, and others', requests. In other words, I'd like them to see how far down their list their issue is.
Is there anything like this out there?
