I just looked at
members.freewebs.com/ourServices.jsp[*2] and I'm pretty sure Geeklog will not work there.
You need support for PHP (programming language) and MySQL (database server), neither of which is mentioned on their page.
From my experience, "free" web hosts don't support the stuff that's needed for Geeklog (or any other serious tool, as most of them are PHP/MySQL based)
Expect to pay about $5-$10 per month for a server that's actually useful.

If you need a host, you get the first month free at
http://www.geeklogworks.com[*3] and geeklog is normally setup for you same day free. If you want your own plan I will offer one to you for $30/year with only 30MB of space (geeklog alone uses about 10M
which is more than enough space for you at add articles. Plus you can always move up in service so you have nothing to lose. Let me know you need a smaller plan or if there's anything I can do to help you further by emailing me
info@geeklogworks.com.

If you want to host it yourself you should check out
Aeonserv[*4] . It even installs a geeklog for you complete with many of the most popular plugins, and you can really be up and running in no time.
And it's free.
