I can't seem to find the PM plugin.
Does anyone have a link?

The core of geeklog is GPL software.
I think it is wrong to have paid for plugins.
I'll make something one day and release it for free.

Err ... I know your new to the Geeklog community but have a look around and see what I have contributed
- Forum
- File Mgmt
- Chatterblock
- FAQ Manager
- Many more components ...
Needless to say, support is probally one of the most important aspects for any contributed component. All of that requires time and the cost of glMessenger is negligble if your getting support.
While your at it - have a read of the GPL, there is nothing in there about free cost. Free is about Freedom to alter and integrate for your own use.

The GL PM plugin is cheap, too. I don't have a need for it yet, but when I do, I won't hesitate.
Also, anyone is welcome to write a free plugin that does the same things, as long as they don't steal Blaine's (or anyone else's) code.
There's no reason Blaine shouldn't be able to charge for his software.
