Are you talking about the message that says, "Welcome to [sitename], [username]"?
Well, you can change the "Welcome to" portion in your language file in geeklog/languages. The rest of the string is not easy to modify, but if you want to replace all of it with a simple string, you can do a search for {welcome_msg} in your theme (most of the time it is located in layout/your_theme/header.thtml), and just replace {welcome_msg} with the text you want.
If your request is more complicated than that, you will have to find out where {welcome_msg} is created and edit the php that puts that string together.
Does that help? Do you need more info? Your question was short and hard to understand. Be more specific next time.

I guess I have to find where the welcome msg is located in XSilver.

It is located in the xsilver directory. In a file called header.thtml.
You can replace the string entirely and or remove it. Best bet is to simply remove it or place it elsewhere in comparison to going about tweaking other files so to change the message.
Good luck!
