I\'m not sure what I did, since I wasn\'t doing anything to my Geeklog install, but all of a sudden none of my portal blocks want to work.
My GL error log gives me this error (using Slashdot as an example):
Fri Aug 8 14:29:27 2003 - Can not reach http://www.slashdot.org/slashdot.xml
However, I can pull that file down manually using wget from the server with no problems.
Any ideas?

That may have been a temporary hickup in the network. Geeklog will try again in an hour or you can force it to try again by editing the portal block and removing the last updated time, then saving it.
bye, Dirk

That\'s what I thought, but it\'s been like this all day.
Of course, this might be a moot point - I\'m going to try upgrading to 1.3.8 this weekend.

Nope - not a moot point... even after upgrading to 1.3.8, my portal blocks are still not processing their RDF files.

OK, I fixed the problem... sorta.
I now have a cron job running to manually retrieve the RDF files once per hour, and I have my portal blocks referencing the local copies.
