Wow! That gallery looks a lot better than most of the others I've seen out there. I really hope that someone can integrate it into Geeklog

I would be willing to pay for this, providing it has complete integration, eg if anyone comments on a photo it shows in the comments section of geeklog, users the same database for users so they only have to register once etc... and things like most viewed etc.. all work... any offers ..... I would require a liitle help in setting it up over an existing geeklog site (thats gets a lot of traffic... I could give FTP access etc... leave a message here and a guidline cost, along with a few examples that can prove you can do this type of thing...

I'm using the
geeklog Gallery integration[*1] on my
site[*2] and I'm verry happy with the integration.
Originally Gallery was also done for PHP Nuke like Coppermine, so using this port will make the Coppermine port pretty easy.

i use the Gallery-plugin too, and i like the option to let users add comments.
sure i checked the coppermine, they have very nice template designs, but i think its easy to modify the Gallery to look like this coppermine.

I agree with last poster that Coppermine is a very nice gallery management tool in PHP.
It\'s much simpler and cleaner than Gallery, yet offering all the feature sets most people need.
I am willing to help with integration but am a poor PHP coder and would need serious help. Please contact me if you want to start a shared effort.

The more I use Coppermine the more I like it.
I hope we can get together and work on this soon.
Login would be the main issue, then the wrapper.

I *WANT* to use coppermine Gallery integrated with Geeklog, but it is difficult. I have it wrapped in an I-frame within Geeklog, that works just fine, similar to phpBB. But, I\'m still working on using the CMS bridge to integrate it. I\'m not much of a programmer, but I have been delving into the code and trying different things. Mostly a hack, but there is some method to my madness anyway.
If someone wrote an \"Honest-to-goodness\" integration or admin plugin, I would help them with it. Who knows, after I get it working, it might be me!
Deseo Mar!

Anybody get anywhere with this integration?
I noticed coppermine can be integrated with various bbs such as phpBB, YaBB SE, Invisionboard, vbulletin... wonder how difficult it would be to geek it?...

i too would _love_ to have coppermine integrated with my geeklog, i am unable to use Gallery because of it's requirement for NetPBM and imagemagick, i only have GD.

I will be tackling that as my next project. Probably in the next week or so I will get started. I will let everyone know if I get it working.

Look at Thatguy's site above you. You need to delete those extra http to get to his site. His site was actually defaced by someone. I hope it was not through the wholes in Coppermine.
Well, yes, I guess this thread is dead.

That's the typical message of the phpBB worm that's going around at the moment. So I guess he also had phpBB installed and didn't update it.
