I like this theme, but have run into a problem.
I am using a dropdown menu system that requires absolute positioning.
SmoothBlue shows up a bit differently in Opera than it does in
IE, Mozilla and Netscape (latest version of all), and this is screwing up the idea of absolute positioning.
There is more background showing around the outside in Opera.
I do not know enough about the themes to mess with this.
Here is an example of what I mean:

Is this a simple fix?

You took a screen shot of IE and Mozilla, but what versions are they? Does it show up exactly the same in the other versions? What version of Opera did you use? Is that the only version you're seeing the slight extra space?
IE has about 92% of the market right now and a little less than half of those are still using 5.x. Last January, Netscape had about 6% of the market but it's down to like 2% now with about half of those still using Netscape 4.x. Opera and the other browsers combined make up the remaining 6%.
Opera is more popular overseas since the software is far lighter in weight plus in some places they pay by the minute for internet connection time. So, it depends where your visitors are coming from on whether it's smart to ignore that browser
