I'm translating my geeglog page from english to czech, but when i write any letter with crook
(š is correct, but when i write z + on web is this ž(in sori ii can view correct but in the blocks it was incorrect) Can you help me ??? I think i mus change encoding of this web to WINDOWS-1250, but i don"t know where.

You need to set the correct character encoding in the header.thtml file of the theme you are using. I'm not sure what the correct encoding for Czech is, but you should avoid using Windows specific encodings.
(after some digging around on the net) I think ISO-8859-2 is the character encoding you should be using, see this page[*1] .

I use Windows-1250 for my Czech GL site and it works fine. It depends on which encoding do you use for writing your articles (as well as translating language file).
Btw., I have nearly translated Czech language file for GL 1.3.5, but it still needs some work .. I will post it here as soon as it will be ready. Since then, I can send you what I have done so far.
