Creates a glossary of terms.
Originally developed for 1.3.7 and came not above the status of beta test.
The code is revisited and tested on 2.1.1. However it should run on 1.8 and above. See for details in HISTORY.TXT.
The glossary can be organised into subjects and terms have a category.
A admin page is available to create new or edit existing subjects and categories. A import/export facility ia also available.
