Using geeklog static pages you will create a simple contact form that accepts a persons email address, subject and message. It utilizes recaptcha and a hidden input field to help reduce spam . It includes some javascript validation for required fields and sanatizes form fields.

This contains ONLY the files needed to fix the security issues in Geeklog 1.3.7sr4. For a fresh install, we recommend to switch to Geeklog 1.3.8 (current version: Geeklog 1.3.8-1sr4).

This is a Geeklog Plugin for managing Frequently Asked Questions. It is the one used by Geeklog.net and supports Geeklog v2.1.3 and higher (including v2.2.0).

I had a need for a Block of link Categories. Here is my first attempt at creating a block. Everything appears to be working okay.

This addition to Geeklog subverts the existing links functionality to provide a tailored system for displaying "interesting" links elsewhere.
The primary difference with the existing links facility is that News Picks is a very rapidly changing and growing list of links.

Please replace v1.0 with this one. I inadvertently packaged up an earlier version of the function instead of the final.

The TopGuys Block calculates and then displays the top story and comment contributors to a Geeklog site. The number for each is configurable. Aliases can be added to an exclusion list so they don't appear in the block.

This is code for a static page that brings back the latest submitted and approved stories. If your site get frequent submissions this may be useful to list the stories. You can control the number of stories listed by changing the variable $numStories

GeoGL is a simple script set to integrate MaxMind's geoip.dat country code file into use with Geeklog. This script requires little maintenance and provides the basis for all manner of GeoIP routing possibilities for a Geeklog web site.

UPDATED VERSION:
It allows for an easy change of translation files. It can display a block with a selection of languages (customized by the admin) and the all the user has to do is select his preffered language. If you've seen the Theme Tester, you get the idea.

The Media Gallery Plugin (formerly called Media Gallery WKZ) allows you to upload images and create albums that are viewable on a Geeklog website.

Updated Italian Translation for Static Pages Plugin.

The Hello Plugin allows you to write, save and send html emails to groups. As some mail agents don't support HTML or their users prefer to receive plain text messages, Hello plugin include a plain text message as an alternate for these users.

Hello plugin send also daily digest automaticaly if this function is activated in the main Geeklog config. You can set the number of emails to send per run to avoid server issue. You can also send daily digest when you publish a new article, or you can reset a user's daily digest settings (articles and forum) which will come in handy when the user's email address became invalid and emails start bouncing.

This block or tool allows you to Add/Remove and Check access rights for a group. Handy when you need to add/remove a feature to a core GL group.

This block allows you to select a group and list all its members. This works recursively so it also lists members of all the subgroups all the way down the hierarchy.

An easy to install block that displays recently updated Gallery albums. This block does not use a cache file. It can limit block output by modification age and/or maximum number of albums to display. Tested with Geeklog 1.3.9 and Gallery 1.4.4.

ChalkTalk is a variation of the Simple Orange theme with a green, grey, yellow, and white color scheme. It was created by Landon Cox of mindfab.com. Updated for Geeklog v1.3.8 and v1.3.8-1.

A simple hack to allow single or double columns on your index page. Set a single variable in your config.php, add three template files to your theme, and replace your index.php. Remember to keep your old index.php around just in case!!! The index.php included is from 1.3.10rc2, which has not been tried with 1.3.9 series.
