The Professional theme Rich-text edits that have been uploaded to this library are wonderful, but are not complete in their instructions or necessary code to fully take advantage of the rich-text functionality. To this end, this text file with the extra edits and code is provided for you as an example of what might be more workable for your needs. Enjoy.
95% template files from scratch -- layout using CSS-P. Tables left only for displaying tabular data. You'll have to read the readme if you want to make this theme work. Only minor hacks to the GL core are necessary to make this CSS theme work.

Thanks to julianna for getting the ball rolling on updated this theme. I took the upload from Feb '06 and made more changes to have it work with geeklog 1.4. Here is the list of changes:
<ul>
<li>Fixed formating issues with Opera</li>
<li>Main menu is now dynamically created from config.php</li>
<li>Header code added for extra features and functionality (Plugins, rss, advanced editor, etc) </li>Advanced Editor now works, hopefully out of the box</li>

Mind Break is a fixed width, 3 column layout theme I ported with permission from its author at http://www.theme-time.com. I found it interesting because it places both left and right blocks to the right of the main story column. It is meant for 1024x768 and higher screen resolutions. Please see the enclosed README file for more info.

Refresh is a fixed width, 2 column layout theme with left blocks and a main story column. This theme was ported as an example for a tutorial on Geeklog Theme porting I wrote at http://www.gllabs.org/wiki/doku.php?i...ng_a_theme
It is meant for 1024x768 and higher screen resolutions. I have tested it in Firefox2, and Safari public beta 3. In other browsers, your mileage may vary.

Greenery is a fluid width, 3 column layout theme which places both left and right blocks to the right of the main story column. This theme really struck me with the image down the center. It helps to draw your eye down the page. I can visualize some interesting variations where the image will transition into the background color, giving the effect of the end of a brush stroke. You only need to change 2 images and the link colors to give it whatever feel you want. It is meant for 1024x768 and higher screen resolutions. I have tested it in Firefox2 and IE7. Localize is a clean, minimalist, light green based theme for Geeklog that I ported from
